Challenge
Join a $215M Disney production as a local hire grip with no prior studio experience. Earn trust from day one on a set running on military-level logistics.
Execution
Set dolly track on apple boxes in shifting sand for the Depp/Hammer horse sequence. Jet-boated ~1,000 sandbags down the Colorado River to build the practical train explosion set.
Result
Completed every setup on schedule under Key Grip J. Michael Popovich. Returned for additional shoot days.

Toga Party Cancer Fundraiser

Challenge
Two local mothers — Jessica Johnson and Ruth Velasquez — were battling cancer. No budget, no team, no venue commitment.
Execution
Went door-to-door on Main Street, secured silent auction donations from nine Moab businesses, convinced Club Rio to cover decor and space, flyered the entire town by bike.
Result
Bar hit capacity. Over $2,000 raised. Covered in the Moab Times-Independent.

Co-produce a feature film from development through distribution with zero studio backing and a skeleton crew.
Execution
Raised production funding via a self-designed merchandise campaign. Location-scouted across three states. Booked the production on regional TV (Daytime @ Nine, Fox San Antonio).
Result
Film completed and released. Co-producer credit on IMDb. Covered in the Moab Times-Independent.
